Graduation Day!

So sorry for the lack in blogging lately, I have just been so busy with graduation and moving that I haven't had the time! But, I am happy to show you a few pictures from my graduation from Loyola Marymount University on May 8, 2010. I had such an amazing experience at LMU and I am going to miss it dearly!

Pictures from Cupcakes Couture Event!

Last week I attended an event for wedding professionals at Cupcakes Couture in Manhattan Beach! Stephanie Franz, the executive pastry chef, prepared some wonderful presentations for us to see and eat! Here are some of the beautiful cakes she made below!

I particularly enjoyed this beautiful cupcake stand with miniature cupcakes! Cupcakes Couture offers a variety of flavors such as "sunday mimosas" which is champagne cupcake filled with blood orange curd topped with a citrus frosting and "love spell" which is chocolate cake filled with house-made raspberry jam and white chocolate raspberry frosting.

Here I am with one of my mentors, Constance Curtis of Constance Curtis Events! She helped organize this whole event!

Other vendors who helped out include Carissa Jones of JL Designs and Events who does beautiful flower arrangements as well as Stella Design which is a boutique stationary studio for the stylish bride!

My New Blog!

I am so happy to debut my new blog for Meagan Taylor Events! I woke up this morning extremely motivated, and with only 3 months left into graduation, I thought it was about time to start getting my life in order!
